OBTAINING SERVICE RECORDS FROM MINISTRY OF DEFENSE
You will need to download and complete the forms and return together with a fee of thirty pounds to receive the records. You will need to provide the birth and death records of the ex-service person. You must be either the next of kin or provide written permission from the next of kin to obtain the records.

FORCES REUINITED
This is a site devoted to reuniting the armed forces. The site is becoming larger all the time and for a small fee you can become a member and have access to the military records held in their genealogy section.
